The SG SlimStep is a compact manually operated step system that fits into the vehicle flooring
Safe Working Load 250kg
Despite its compact dimensions the SlimStep has a safe working load of 250kg. It forms a solid step allowing easy access in/out of the vehicle
No cutting of the vehicle floor
The SlimStep housing sits on top of the vehicle floor pan, recessed into the aftermarket flooring system. The vehicle floor pan is not cut
Protected from damage and dirt
The stowed SlimStep is fully inside the vehicle. Therefore it does not suffer from underbody damage or become blocked with dirt or ice

Simple two step access in/out of the vehicle
When deployed, the SlimStep drops to a height approximately 50% between the road surface and the vehicle internal floor height. Passengers and personnel therefore have two equal steps, typically of 230mm, to enter or exit the vehicle,which is particularly suitable for less mobile persons. The SlimStep is manufactured from corrosion resistant materials, the aluminium extrusion step plate has anti-slip ridges with high grip anti-slip tape fitted between.
